    Hi,
    I have just bought my first bottle of reggae reggae sauce but don't know what to do with it. Has anyone got any recipes? I tried to look for some on the reggae reggae sauce website but ti doesn't seem to be working properly.

    I've just used it as a marinade for lamb steaks, I do think that it would be better with chicken. I would put a couple of chicken breasts in a plastic container pour over some reggae reggae sauce put a lid on and leave in the fridge for a few hours and then grill.

    I have used about a table spoon of Reggae Reggae sauce in a stir fry using Quorn pieces, baby corn, sugar snap peas, red peppers, thinly sliced carrot and sliced spring onions, I served this with rice.

    i used reggae reggae sauce on cheese toasties. It's nice on brown bread, but it tastes alot better on white bread. It's also quite nice with pasta.

    I've been given this recipe from a friend of mine, just tried it and loved it

    fry some onions and garlic in a little olive oil
    add a tin of chick peas and a glug of reggae reggae sauce
    continue to cook until the chick peas have gone soft

    then eat.

    Its good with grilled chicken or fish or probably whatever else you fancy

    I got a lipsmackin tasty one,
    Avocado, red onion, ginger & garlic with sausage, all fried in lashings of reggae sauce and served with pasta!
    Saying that, reggae sauce is so good, I even considered sticking some on an apple!
    (I didn't do that, I'm not sick)
