  Hello,
  
  i found sainsbury is not good in terms of customer support. yesterday i went to the store and i was not able to find a dish then i tried to ask a sales assistant, but he said he is busy u please help your self.
  i dont understand this thing, on this site everyone says sainsbury is good, butu i dont think so, does anyone think same.

  I find Sainsbury's staff to be very helpful. Whenever I ask where an item is that I cant find I am more often than not offered to be shown exactly where the item is.

  i must say that i have always found Sainsbury's staff to be very helpful, and willing to help me find an item i need.

  i find most checkout staff very friendly, though some deli staff can be a bit funny. on the whole, the staff are good i find.

  everyone has a bad day and i'm sorry but sometimes we have to get things ourselfs,if the shelfs were empty then you would be the first to complain,i don't think people understand how hard it is for people that work in these supermarkets,they have to fill shelfs up and make them look nice,deal with customers that can't find things and half of them don't even look and then 'jump' on the tills because people don't like waiting to pay,maybe you should be a bit more understanding

  I work instore an i can only say that our management team always put high priority on customer Service at all times by every member of staff whether they are busy or not,you may have been the mystery shopper and they wouldnt have got very good mcm results
