No Holiday From Food Allergies

Help, please!
I am from the States and will be spending three weeks in London this summer. Having numerous food allergies (soy, gluten, dairy, peanuts, to name a few) makes it difficult to find "safe" foods while shopping. It has taken me months to compile a decent list of U.S. products which are "safe" and taste good. I don't want to spend my entire time in London tracking down groceries. Any suggestions you can provide for items you've tried that are "safe" and are favorites would be apprecicated greatly.
