Pineapple, Cookies & Cream

Below is a quick, easy, nice and not very expensive recipe!
You'll need:
About 36 Maryland Cookies (or any other brand)
1 tin Crushed or cubed pineapple with juice - Strain the pineapple juice in a bowl
About 500- 600ml fresh double or whipping cream- whipped with few tbs sugar
Cadbury's Flakes to decorate
Dip the cookies in the pineapple juice and place in a dish. Now layer with a third of the pineapple, then add a third of the cream- repeat layering (from dipped cookies) two more times, finally decorate with the flakes. Ready to serve immediately or even a day after!
