  1. The ‘Great days out’ promotion has now finished in Sainsbury’s stores however vouchers and tickets to attractions and activities can still be redeemed until 8th July 2009 unless otherwise stated - please refer to individual attraction and activity terms and conditions for further details.
  2. In order to download any of the attraction/venue vouchers available at www.sainsburys.co.uk/daysout, you will need to enter your 8 –digit unique reference number when prompted.
  3. To redeem any of the attraction/venue offers available at www.sainsburys.co.uk/daysout, you will need to attach the ticket containing your unique reference number, to your chosen voucher downloaded from the website and present to the attraction/venue on the day. Entry will not be granted otherwise.
  4. The use of the Sainsbury's 'Great days out' website is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  5. One adult (or child) is admitted free of charge when accompanied by one adult who pays the full adult price, unless otherwise stated on the website. Other conditions may apply to specific attractions or sporting activities.   6. Most sporting activities must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Bookings will not be accepted without quoting Sainsbury’s 'Great days out' along with presenting the Sainsbury’s 'Great days out' voucher upon arrival. The centre has the right to charge the full price if this has not been quoted and the voucher not been presented.
  7. The offer may not be used in conjunction with any other discount voucher, offer or concessional rate offered by the attractions or sporting venues e.g. family or group rates or coach parties.
  8. Offer valid from 16th July 2008 until 8th July 2009, subject to the normal attraction/sporting activities opening dates and times, unless otherwise stated. Please check opening times prior to visiting.
  9. The offer may not be valid on Bank Holiday weekends or during special events unless at the discretion of the attraction/sporting venue.
  10. All information and prices detailed in the Sainsbury’s 'Great days out' promotional website are subject to change throughout the promotion and are correct at time of going live.
  11. The attractions/sporting venues reserve the right not to redeem, or accept photocopied, damaged, forged, or defaced Sainsbury’s 'Great days out' vouchers and reserve the right to refuse admission where these conditions have not been adhered to.
  12. The promoter will make no reimbursement for unused tickets. Tickets purchased in conjunction with a Sainsbury's 'Great days out' voucher must be used on the day of purchase. Only one offer per voucher, per visit allowed. Only one offer per party is permitted.
  13. There is no cash alternative in lieu of tickets or listed savings. The vouchers featured on this website have no cash value and cannot be resold on to any other third party.
  14. The promoter accepts no liability for lost or stolen Sainsbury's 'Great days out' vouchers.
  15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for loss of items/injuries/or accidents that may occur during visits or taking part in any of the sporting activities. Some activities may only be available for adults only and as such may have a minimum or maximum age/height restriction. Children may be asked to provide parental consent prior to taking part in their chosen sports activity. Some sporting activities may require young children to be accompanied by an adult.

  18. Please refer at all times to the special conditions, which may apply to individual attractions/sporting venues detailed on this website and it is always advisable to reconfirm these, along with the admission, game or lesson price with your chosen attraction before setting out from home.
  19. Some sporting activities will require a certain level of fitness or ability in order to take part, please check with the centre prior to booking. Please check with your doctor if you have a pre-existing illness before participating, as you may be asked to complete a health/fitness form.
  20. The Sporting Centres have their own public liability insurance. However individuals may wish to take out their own insurance cover or other extras when participating in certain activities. This cost must be paid for by the participant unless otherwise stated. Participants should check that any existing personal insurance, mortgage, or relevant policies are not deemed invalid by participating in any of the sporting activities.
  21. Individuals taking part in any of the activities contract directly with the sporting centres and as such take part in the sporting activities at their own risk.
  22. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace any individual attraction/sporting activity or offer without prior notification. In the highly unlikely event that an attraction/sporting venue fails to honour a Sainsbury's 'Great days out' voucher during its validity period then the Helpline Telephone Number listed above may be contacted for advice between Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00hrs.
