We have been producing quality cream liqueurs for almost 25 years and believe that Taste The Difference is one of the best tasting cream liqueurs available anywhere in the world.
Our manufacturing facility which uses a traditional process backed up by state of the art technical systems is based in Derry, the regional capital of Ireland’s North West coast and an historic walled city of international renown. Set on a hill on the banks of Lough Foyle, Derry or Doire, meaning oak grove in Gaelic, dates back some 1,400 years.
Ireland has long been famed the world over for its dairies and distilleries, and the Northwest in particular enjoys an abundance of both these traditional industries. At Niche Drinks fresh dairy cream, collected from local farms by the Ballyrashane Farmers Co - Op is skilfully blended with triple-distilled aged Irish whiskey from the world’s oldest distillery to create the perfect partnership that is Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference Irish Cream Liqueur.

Made with the freshest dairy cream from our specially selected herds of local grass fed Friesian cows and blended with triple distilled aged Irish Whiskey, Taste The Difference Irish Cream Liqueur is infused with a new generation of natural cocoa chocolate flavours and ingredients to create what we think is the perfect Irish Cream Liqueur.

In addition to Taste The Difference, Niche Drinks also supply Sainsbury’s with Sainsbury’s Own Label Irish Cream Liqueur, which is a deliciously smooth blend of chocolate flavours, rounded off with single malt Irish Whiskey and O’ Grady’s Classic Country Cream, a wine based cream blended with coffee and vanilla flavours.
