Wedge of lime
Fill a highball/12oz glass with ice. Pour in Woodford Reserve and fill with ginger ale. Garnish with a squeezed fresh lime. |

20ml MARTINI Rosso
3 dashes bitters
Garnish with maraschino cherry
Pour the ingredients into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry. |

10ml sugar syrup
20ml strawberry puree
25ml fresh lemon juice
10ml Framboise
10ml Cassis
Top with champagne
Garnish with strawberry and lemon slice
Build all ingredients into a 14oz glass, add ice and shake then add
further ice and top with champagne |

50ml Finlandia Grapefruit
25ml sugar syrup
20ml fresh lemon
Shake and strain into a Martini glass and garnish with a grapefruit twist. |

105ml tonic water
Serve in a high ball glass with cubed ice and squeeze and drop in a lime wedge. |

Muddle lime and sugar syrup, add crushed ice and Finlandia Classic and service in a Large Rocks glass. Top with more crushed ice. No garnish needed. |
