Cook time: 25 minutes
Prep time: 10 minutes
1. Fry a finely chopped onion and a chopped clove of garlic with a splash of olive oil over a low heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Let the onions cool, then mix with 500g beef mince. Season with salt and pepper. Wet your hands and roll out 40 little balls. Remember to then wash your hands and place the balls in the fridge to firm.
3. Finely slice and fry 2 cloves of garlic in a splash of olive oil for 1 minute, then add 2 tins of tomatoes and salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. If you want to add extra flavour, try a pinch of dried oregano.
4. Put a large pan of salted water on to boil. In a large frying pan, fry the meatballs with a splash of olive oil for 10 minutes, turning every couple of minutes until browned and cooked through. Cook 400g basics spaghetti in the water for about 8 minutes.
5. Stir 3 handfuls of frozen peas into the cooked tomato sauce. Drain the pasta and add to the sauce with the meatballs. Mix together and serve in bowls.
