Try doing your bit for Sport Relief by making this tasty pasta bake. Simply heat a little olive oil in a pan and add chopped garlic, basil stalks, tomatoes and a chopped deseeded red chilli with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Stir in cooked penne and freshly torn basil leaves and pourinto an ovenproof dish. Top with chunks of creamy mozzarella before baking for 15 minutes at 200˚C, fan 180˚C, gas 6.
