The Sainsbury's Fairtrade Project 2009 Terms & Conditions

- One entry per email address / person
- Closing date for competition is midnight 31st December 2008
- Entries must not be sent through agencies or third parties. Any such entries will be invalid. No trade or multiple entries
- The promoter cannot accept responsibility for any failure of hardware and or software and/or entries that are corrupted, lost, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of email is not proof of receipt
- Your details will not be entered onto any Sainsbury's database unless requested and permission given
- Promotion open to UK resident's aged 18 and must be either an Undergraduate or Graduate
- Sainsbury's will notify the winner via the applicant details supplied
- The winner will be notified by 9th March 2009
- Confirmation of the prize winner can be obtained by sending and SAE to: Sainsbury's Graduate Team, 33 Holborn, London, EC1N 2HT
- The judges decision is final (no correspondence will be entered into)
- The winner will be published on our graduate recruitment website and the prize winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity (including a photo shoot and interview)
- The 6 finalists who are invited to the London Store Support Centre will be the entrants who have answered the tie breaker question in the most unique and savvy way in the opinion of the judges. In addition all other questions will have to have been answered correctly. The judges' decision is final
- Finalist's travel expenses to the final at the London Store Support Centre will be reimbursed up to £100 for Economy travel on the provision of relevant receipts
- The prize winner is responsible for their own visa, passport, insurance and any relevant health documents for that country
- There will be one winner who will be picked at the final at the Store Support Centre, London by a panel of judges after completing a Fairtrade activity
- Prize will include: travel for two to and from the airport, flights, accommodation for the duration of the trip, no spending money is included in the prize
- The winner will be chaperoned by a responsible Sainsbury's Fair Trade team member or representative throughout the trip to one of the Fairtrade plantations
- The prize is non transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
