Of course it can be pretty challenging, but being at the centre of solving problems is very rewarding.”

On a day-to-day basis, Munir could be chairing a management meeting to discuss IT performance over a recent 24-hour period, producing a management report on a specific IT system or resolving an IT-critical issue at one of our distribution centres.
