During routine testing we have identified a single instance of Samonella bacteria in a batch of sesame seeds used to produce these products.
As a precaution, if you have purchased either of these products, with a best before date of March 2010 only, please return them to the customer service desk at your local store for a full refund.

It has come to our attention that a small number of Sainsbury's heritage raspberry jelly pots with a USE BY date of 28th June incorrectly contain strawberry upside-down trifle resulting in the wrong allergy information being displayed.
If you have an allergy to milk, egg or wheat gluten or suffer from coeliac disease, please do not eat these products but return them to your local store for a full refund.
No other products are affected by this issue, and we apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Memory Lane Cakes has identified that packs of this product with a Best Before date of 23 Mar to 07 May inclusive, contains whole egg which is not declared on the packaging.

It has come to our attention that a small number of Sainsbury’s thin & crispy vegetable stonebake frozen pizzas may contain small pieces of metal.
As a precautionary measure, we are asking all customers who have bought this product to return it to their nearest Sainsbury’s store, where they will get a full refund.

Phillips has identified a safety problem which affects a small number of Senseo coffee makers produced between July 2006 and November 2008
As a result Phillips is recalling Senseo Coffee Makers with one of the following product type-numbers on the base of the machine:
HD7805 HD7810 HD7811 HD7812 HD7814 HD7816 HD7820
HD7822 HD7823 HD7824 HD7830 HD7832 HD784 HD7842
No other Phillips products are affected.

Routine testing by Dentyl has identified a microbiological problem and as a precaution, customers are advised not to use these products.

Dolmio has identified that a small number of jars in a single batch of Dolmio red sauce for lasagne may contain traces of metal.
As a result Dolmio is recalling Dolmio red sauce for Lasagne 750g jars with a best before date of 25.09.2010. No other Dolmio products are affected.

This makes the product a potential health risk for people who are allergic to or are intolerant of soya and celery.

Aquafresh Milk Teeth toothpaste
Batch code BN 388G
GlaxoSmithKline has identified that a number of tubes in this batch contain varying amounts of a different toothpaste formulation with a dark red/mauve colour.
As a precautionary measure, GlaxoSmithKline is recalling Aquafresh Milk Teeth Toothpaste with the batch number BN 388G printed on the crimp at the base of the tube or on the end of the carton. No other Aquafresh products are affected.
