What’s more, we’ll delivery direct to your door and you can earn Nectar points too. Follow our simple step-to-step guide to ordering with us online:
1. Browse for an item

Finding the right products for you to purchase on is really easy and this site has lots of great features to help you such as:

  • Browse by category
  • Search in the search box at the top of the page
  • Type the item code into the search box to go straight to the item.
  • Buying guides give you advice on how to choose the right product for your needs. Click here to view our full range.
  • Compare and select products using our simple, easy-to-use comparison tool.

2. Add to basket

A click of the mouse will add the item to your shopping basket. If an item is out of stock, it will say so next to the product. If it has sold out, you can request to be emailed when it’s back in stock.

3. Checkout

Once you have added your items to your basket, click the ‘Checkout’ button to process your order.

Already registered with

If you already use our grocery service, you can checkout using your existing log-in details.

For those who are not already registered…

Just register as part of the checkout process. If you have a Nectar Card, don’t forget to enter the details so you can collect Nectar points every time you shop.

4. Paying for your order

  • You can pay with a valid MasterCard, Visa credit card, Visa debit, Maestro, American Express, Switch, Electron, Delta debit card and Solo card.
  • The address to which the card is registered must be the same as the billing address. 
  • You cannot use your Nectar points as payment at this time.

5. Delivery to you

The estimated delivery time is shown on each product page on We do all we can to deliver in the timescale we’ve shown.

Standard delivery- £3.95

  • Most items delivered in 3 to 5 working days, Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm
  • Some items have longer lead times and these are shown next to the product
  • For some items we will call you to arrange a convenient delivery day

Next, Named or Saturday delivery on selected products- £4.95

  • Available delivery slots will be shown to you at the time of order 
  • Select your day of delivery and choose am or pm slots.  Monday to Saturday 7am to 12pm or 12pm to 7pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Please note if you do not select a specific am or pm slot, your order will be delivered between 7am and 7pm on the day selected
  • Where next day delivery is available order before 2pm Monday to Friday.  For orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday please allow an extra day

Currently, we are unable to deliver certain items to some postcodes and some postcodes take a little longer to deliver to. See the 'Delivery Information' section for more details.
