The new iPod Nano is designed to be intuitive and fun - and now it's half the size and even easier to play. It's been completely redesigned with Multi-touch - the same technology that makes iPhone, iPad and iPod touch so amazing - so everything you want is just a tap or swipe away.

Giving you pixels that pop, you can show off your album art, photos and the colour co-ordinated wallpaper on the 1.5" colour display with 240x240 pixel resolution.

The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery gives you up to 24 hours of non-stop music, while the 8GB capacity gives you space for about 2000 tunes.

Give the iPod Nano a shake and it shuffles to a different song in your music library. Shake to shuffle is perfect for when you're not in any particular music mood - you never know what you're going to hear.

You can also ride the airwaves on iPod Nano. The FM tuner shows the artist, song or programme you're listening to. Just tap to see the radio controls, flick the radio dial to change stations and tap to set your favourites. The Live Pause function means you'll never miss a minute of your favourite show - simply tap to pause a song or show, and tap to continue.

Great for exercise, the iPod Nano doubles as a pedometer to keep track of your steps and help you meet your fitness goals.
