You will need:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 onion
2 carrots
1 pinch chilli powder
1 x 500g pack turkey thigh mince
1 x 400g tin basics peeled plum tomatoes
1 x 420g tin basics red kidney beans in water
½ x vegetable stock cube
350g basics pasta shapes

1kg basics potatoes
2 teaspoons olive oil
100g fresh white breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 tablespoons plain flour
4 basics frozen white fish fillets
320g basics frozen peas

150g basics frozen peas
½ x iceberg lettuce
