  Does anybody know the nutritional info for the chocoalte chip muffins, chocolate twist pastries and the raisin pastries that sainsbury's have in their bakery?

  Hello, if you go to the bakery counter in your local store. They should be able to tell you whats in all those things.
  If your store says they don't know, then i will ask my store.
