  please can anyone tell me would i beable to use my nectar points at the till as payment for shopping
  as i have not used my points yet iam not sure hope someone can help

  Code1Colleague... the last bit you have said is wrong, you need to spend at least £2.50 to take the reward off, the till won't allow it otherwise.

  When you want to redeem points just give your card to the cashier and tell them how many points you want to use. You are able to redeem points in any of our stores. However, your card must have been swiped in that store within the last 12 months.
  
  If you would like to start redeeming points in a new store, simply collect points in that store 48 hours before you want to redeem them. You can spend Nectar points on almost anything with the exception of baby products, petrol and tobacco products.

  Seems a bit complicated to me. I hate to use the T. word on the Sainsbury's site but Tesco's reward points do seem a bit more straight forward (mind you in every other respect they pretty much fall short).
  
  May be some Sainsbury employee will see this and decide to simplify.
