    Lassi is an Indian yogurt drink and is great with spicy food. If you're eating at home you can make it yourself, with natural yogurt, water, banana and a dash of honey then whizz it in a blender - yum!

    I think there is only one thing to go with Indian and that's Cobra, you could vary it with Kingfisher, but Cobra is the best beer to go with all things indian...

    Weirdly, sweet wines work really well with curry - maybe for the same reason that sweet Peshwari naan is so tasty when you are mopping up the curry sauce. My favourite is Dr. L Riesling - it's about £6 in my local Sainsbury's and it's quite low in alcohol so you can feel virtuous too!
