Cancellation method: Orders can only be cancelled through our website or by phone by speaking to a member of our dedicated Occasions by Sainsbury's customer care team. Orders cannot be cancelled by email.

Yes, your order can be delivered to your chosen address during your selected time slot, or you can book a collection slot from your chosen Sainsbury’s store.
For perishable food items, we recommend choosing delivery or collection on the day you plan to consume them.
Our suppliers need time to prepare Occasions/time to prepare products. If your selected slot doesn't allow enough preparation time, the item will be shown as unavailable.
