You have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to change your mind without giving a reason and cancel your Delivery Pass membership within 14 days from the day after purchase unless you advise us, by using your Delivery Pass, that you wish the Service to start immediately. Use by you of the Delivery Pass at any time within the 14 day Cancellation Period confirms your acceptance to start the Service . The Delivery pass cannot be cancelled more than 14 days from the day after purchase.

If you have not used your Delivery Pass and decide to cancel it you must call us within 14 from the day after purchase and we will issue a full refund. The refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

If you have used your Delivery Pass but cancel it within 14 days from the day after purchase we will issue a refund. We will refund the amount you paid but will deduct the full cost, as advertised on our website, of the delivery slots used by you, whilst using the Delivery Pass. The refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 3-5 working days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.

If your Delivery Pass was purchased using an e-voucher and you cancel your Delivery Pass within 14 days from the day after purchase your refund will be based on the membership fee you paid and not any other rate for the Delivery Pass.
