You will need
- 250g Sainsbury's Light Soft Cheese
- 110ml Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wings Sauce or 110ml Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 130ml Sainsbury's Blue Cheese Dressing, Be Good To Yourself
- 450g cooked and shredded chicken
- 100g grated Cathedral City Extra Mature cheese
- 1 teaspoon Seasoned Pioneers Chipotle Chillies (optional)

Step by step guide to making American Buffalo chicken dip
- Preheat oven to 175°C, 155°C fan, gas mark 4.
- Combine all ingredients in a 1.2 litre baking dish.
- Add the chipotle chillies if you want an extra fiery kick.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is heated through then remove from the oven and stir.
- Garnish as desired. Serve inside a hot wrap or pitta bread, with vegetables and/or crackers.
