A refreshing fruity drink in a jam jar from TV's "What's Cooking? From the Sainsbury's kitchen".

You will need
- 150ml apple juice
- 150ml Taste the Difference Earl Grey tea, brewed and chilled
- 50ml fresh lemon juice (reserve some of the peel for decoration)
- Ice cubes
- 350ml dry ginger ale
- Straws, to serve

Step by step guide to making Apple iced tea
- Pour the apple juice, Earl Grey tea, lemon juice and ice into a large jug.
- Stir together then top with the ginger ale.
- Pour into 4 clean jam jars or glasses and deocorate with a twist of lemon peel and a straw.
Cook's tip: For an adult version, you could add vodka or gin. You would only need about 100ml - simply add in Step 1 with the other ingredients.
