- 4 fresh strawberries, washed, hulled and roughly chopped
- 6 basil leaves, washed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 70ml cranberry juice drink
- Freshly ground black pepper, to serve

Step by step guide to making Basil grandest
- Place the strawberries in a cocktail shaker and muddle with a small rolling pin or muddler.
- Add the basil leaves, lime juice and cranberry juice, then shake hard and strain into a martini glass.
- Decorate with a little freshly ground black pepper.
