You will need
- Ice cubes
- 50ml Beefeater gin
- 100ml tomato juice
- 1 lemon, 10ml freshly squeezed juice and extra wedges to serve
- 10ml Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
- A pinch black pepper
- Celery stick, to serve

- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and strain into the glass. Garnish with a celery stick and a lemon wedge to serve.
