You will need
- 150g frozen peas
- 1 x 50g bag Sainsbury's pea shoots
- ½ x curly leaf lettuce, washed and ripped into bite-sized pieces
- 160g Yorkshire ham (2 thick slices), ripped into bite-sized pieces
- 120g dolcelatte cheese, cut into pieces
- 100g roasted tomatoes with parmesan, from the deli counter
- 4 tablespoons Sainsbury's honey & mustard dressing

Step by step guide to making Ham, dolcelatte and pea salad
- Cook the peas in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, until just tender. Cool under cold running water and drain.
- Place the pea shoots, lettuce, ham, cheese, roasted tomatoes (reserve the parmesan) and peas on a large platter. Mix well.
- Drizzle over the dressing, sprinkle on the parmesan and serve at once.
