This version has hot crispy bacon, chicken, boiled eggs and lots of salad for a filling lunch.

You will need
- 4 large eggs
- 4 rashers smoked back bacon, cut into 2cm pieces
- 2 heads of romaine lettuce, leaves separated and washed
- ½ x rotisserie chicken
- 1 x 85g pack Sainsbury's Italian cheese & garlic croutons
- 60g (about 15) marinated Adriatic anchovies
- 35g parmesan cheese, shaved with a peeler
- ½ x 175ml bottle be good to yourself Caesar dressing

Step by step guide to making Hot chicken Caesar salad
- Place the eggs in cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 4 minutes for soft-boiled eggs or 6 minutes for hard-boiled. Cool under running water, then peel and cut in half.
- Fry the bacon for 4-5 minutes, until golden.
- Place the lettuce leaves on a large platter, tear the chicken into pieces and scatter over the salad with the croutons, anchovies, parmesan and egg.
- Drizzle over the dressing and serve.
