These pizzas can be whipped up for lunch or supper in a flash; you could try any toppings you like too.

You will need
- 2 flamebaked plain naans by Sainsbury's
- 6 tablespoons Italian passata with onion and garlic
- 75g closed cup mushrooms, sliced
- 100g naturally sweet sweetcorn in water, drained
- ½ green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
- 150g pack Italian mozzarella by Sainsbury's, drained and sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 120g bag bistro salad by Sainsbury's, to serve

Step by step guide to making Naan bread pizza
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
- Spread the passata evenly over the naans and scatter the mushroom slices over the top.
- Scatter over the sweetcorn and chopped pepper and arrange the slices of mozzarella over the top.
- Drizzle over the olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
- Cut each pizza in half and serve with the bistro salad.
