You will need

  • 2 flamebaked plain naans by Sainsbury's
  • 6 tablespoons Italian passata with onion and garlic
  • 75g closed cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g naturally sweet sweetcorn in water, drained
  • ½ green pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 150g pack Italian mozzarella by Sainsbury's, drained and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 120g bag bistro salad by Sainsbury's, to serve

Step by step guide to making Naan bread pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the passata evenly over the naans and scatter the mushroom slices over the top.
  3. Scatter over the sweetcorn and chopped pepper and arrange the slices of mozzarella over the top.
  4. Drizzle over the olive oil and bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
  5. Cut each pizza in half and serve with the bistro salad.
