You will need
- 1 tortilla wrap
- 1 teaspoon pesto
- 100g tomatoes, sliced
- 60g onions, peeled and sliced
- 30g be good to yourself 50% less fat mature white cheese, grated
- Freshly ground black pepper, to serve
- Basil leaves (or other fresh herbs), to serve

Step by step guide to making Pizza wrap
- Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
- Place the wrap on a baking tray and spread the pesto evenly over the base, right up to the edges.
- Top with the sliced tomatoes, onions and grated cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed over the base.
- Place the pizza in the lower/middle part the grill, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve immediately with a little ground black pepper and basil or other chopped fresh herbs to garnish.
