You will need

  • 1 tortilla wrap
  • 1 teaspoon pesto
  • 100g tomatoes, sliced
  • 60g onions, peeled and sliced
  • 30g be good to yourself 50% less fat mature white cheese, grated
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to serve
  • Basil leaves (or other fresh herbs), to serve

Step by step guide to making Pizza wrap

  1. Preheat the grill to a medium-high heat.
  2. Place the wrap on a baking tray and spread the pesto evenly over the base, right up to the edges.
  3. Top with the sliced tomatoes, onions and grated cheese, making sure they are evenly distributed over the base.
  4. Place the pizza in the lower/middle part the grill, and cook for 3-5 minutes or until the  cheese is melted and golden.
  5. Serve immediately with a little ground black pepper and basil or other chopped fresh herbs to garnish.
