One-pan lamb
Delicious lamb with a spicy arrabiata sauce, all cooked in one pan.

You will need
- 4 New Zealand lamb rumps (or lamb steaks)
- 350g jar arrabiata sauce
- 400g can butter beans, drained
- Olive oil, to cook
- Microwaveable rice, to serve
- Broccoli, to serve

Step by step guide to making One-pan lamb
- Heat a small amount of olive oil in a large pan. Add the lamb and brown all over. Remove and set aside.
- Tip in the jar of arrabiata sauce. Half fill the jar with water and add to the pan (or add a splash of red wine for a richer flavour). Bring to the boil.
- Stir in the butter beans along with the lamb, and add a little salt and pepper.
- Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes, until the lamb is completely cooked through.
- Serve with a selection of microwaveable accompaniments such as rice and broccoli.
