  • 50ml Sainsbury's maple syrup
  • 4 tablespoons natural yogurt, to serve
  • 1 lemon, washed and zest grated, to serve

Step by step guide to making Roasted rhubarb with maple syrup

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
  2. Place the rhubarb in a single layer in a roasting tray and drizzle with the maple syrup.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes then serve with the yogurt and zest, drizzling over any of the cooking juices that are left in the roasting tray.
