- 50ml Sainsbury's maple syrup
- 4 tablespoons natural yogurt, to serve
- 1 lemon, washed and zest grated, to serve

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Place the rhubarb in a single layer in a roasting tray and drizzle with the maple syrup.
