You will need

  • 250g or 8 thin slices fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli, finely chopped, for marinating
  • 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, for marinating
  • 1 teaspoon sesame ol, for marinating
  • ½ teaspoon of sugar, for marinating
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step by step guide to making Steamed fish rolls in light soy sauce

  1. Marinate fish fillet with salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Roll up the fish fillet individually and place it on a serving plate ready for steaming.
  3. Mix 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives, 1 tablespoon red chilli, 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce, 1 teaspoon Lee Kum Kee Pure sesame oil and ½ teaspoon of sugar together for seasoning.
  4. Divide the seasoning mix evenly over the fish rolls, then steam over high heat for about 10 minutes or until done.
