Jazz up regular jelly by setting it in pretty cups or glasses and adding fresh fruit and sprinkles.

You will need

  • 135g pack strawberry-flavour tablet jelly
  • 100g strawberries, washed, hulled and chopped
  • 200ml Greek-style natural yogurt

Step by step guide to making Strawberry jelly cups

  1. Put the jelly in a measuring jug and pour in 570ml boiling water. Stir to dissolve the jelly and then let cool slightly.
  2. Place the chopped strawberries in the bottom of 4 x 250ml glasses or cups, reserving a few pieces to garnish.
  3. Pour the jelly into each glass, then place in the fridge for about 2 hours, until set.
  4. Top with a layer of yogurt and a few of the reserved strawberry pieces to serve.
