- 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 5 garlic cloves, peeled and finely chopped
- 4 Taste the Difference Jubilee vine tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons sun-dried tomato purée
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons soft brown sugar
