Profitable farms
A minimum of 30,000 farmers will be trained in 2015. Local people are part of committees that help run schools and they organise training on sanitation and preventing water-bourne diseases.
Social conditions
We’ve built 40 schools in Côte d’Ivoire to help end unlawful child labour. We’ve spend CHF 2.1m over three years building schools in rural communities. School access is now easier and more attractive for 10,000 kids.
Supply Chain
A minimum of 100,000 tonnes of cocoa will be sourced through Cocoa Plan in 2015. Education extends beyond the classroom. Kitchen gardens teach women and kids how to grow food.
