A classic lasagne with a little help from Loyd Grossman, serve with a crisp salad on the side.

You will need
- 250g lean beef mince
- 4 large mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 380g pack Loyd Grossman tomato sauce for lasagne
- Lasagne sheets
- 380g pack Loyd Grossman creamy sauce for lasagne
- 30g grated Cheddar cheese

Step by step guide to making Beef lasagne
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Add the beef mince and chopped mushrooms to a pan, and cook until browned through. Add the Loyd Grossman tomato sauce and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place half the mixture into a rectangular oven-proof dish and cover with a layer of pasta sheets.
- Pour half of the white sauce over the pasta and repeat the layers of meat, pasta and white sauce one more time.
- Finish by sprinkling the grated Cheddar cheese on top, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
