You will need
- 3 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- 250g lean rump steak, thinly sliced
- 150g broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 carrot, sliced

Step by step guide to making Broccoli beef in oyster sauce
- Marinade the rump steak with 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and sesame oil, then set aside whilst preparing the vegetables.
- Blanch the broccoli florets and sliced carrot for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
- Stir fry the beef in 1 tablespoon of oil over a medium high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables, 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and cook for a further 3 minutes or until cooked before serving with rice or noodles.
