You will need
- 125g pack basics batter mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 leeks, trimmed and sliced
- 150g frozen British garden peas
- 6 slices British honey roast ham, torn into bite-size pieces
- 150g soft white cheese
- 50g British mature grated Cheddar

Step by step guide to making Pancake bake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Prepare the batter to pack instructions and make 6 x 20cm pancakes. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Add the leeks and sauté until soft. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the peas, torn ham and soft cheese. Season.
- Divide the filling between each pancake and roll up. Arrange in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the Cheddar and bake for 20-25 minutes.
