You will need
- 400g pork, cut into 1 cm cubes
- 2 tablespoon Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornflour
- 1 tablespoon vegetable or groundnut oil
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1 cm pieces
- 1 green pepper, cut into 1 cm pieces
- 2 tablepsoons Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 20g fried peanuts

Step by step guide to making Stir-fried pork in Hoisin sauce
- Marinate pork with Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, corn flour and 2 teaspoons water for 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a wok over a medium high heat. Add pork and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add peppers and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and stir fry for another 5 minutes or until pork is thoroughly cooked.
- Add peanuts for an added crunch before serving.
