Thai-style pork stir-fry
This speedy stir-fry is big on flavour, and works well served on a fresh salad for a lighter option.

You will need
- Sainsbury's British Thin Cut pork Loin Steaks 800g
- 6x nests Sharwood's medium Egg Noodles
- 6 teaspoons cornflour
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, to fry
- 3cm piece ginger, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 yellow peppers
- 200g broccoli
- 200g beansprouts
- 3 teaspoons sesame seeds

Step by step guide to making Thai-style pork stir-fry
- Finely slice the pork steaks (you could also use ready prepared pork stir fry strips).
- Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, add the noodles, and simmer for 4 minutes.
- Roughly chop the vegetables, discarding the seeds from the peppers.
- Mix the cornflour with 3 tbsp water, then stir in the honey and soy sauce. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat, then add the chopped pork and cook for 4 minutes until brown all over.
- Add the ginger, garlic, pepper, broccoli and mange tout, and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Reduce the heat, then add the honey and soy mixture, stirring until it thickens.
- Finally, having rinsed the noodles in cold water, drain and add them to the wok, tossing all the ingredients together.
- Divide between 6 bowls and, and finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds.
