  • 1 Sainsbury's wrap
  • 1 avocado, stoned and mashed
  • 50g cooked chicken breast slices
  • Handful cherry tomatoes, halved, plus a few extra to serve
  • Cucumber batons, to serve
  • Carrot batons, to serve

Step by step guide to making Chicken and avocado wrap

  1. Spread the wrap all over with the mashed avocado.
  2. Top with the chicken breast slices and cherry tomato halves.
  3. Tightly roll the wrap then cut into half on the diagonal.
  4. Serve with the extra cherry tomato halves and some cucumber and carrot batons on the side.
