You will need
- 1 x 235g pack Sainsbury's garlic pizza bread
- 100g Sainsbury's chopped tomatoes with oregano and basil
- ½ tablespoon Sainsbury's olive oil
- 150g British mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
- 4 slices Parma ham
- ½ x 125g be good to yourself mozzarella ball, drained and torn
- 4 teaspoons mascarpone
- Basil leaves, washed, to garnish
- Salad, to serve

Step by step guide to making Italian pizza
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Place the garlic pizza on a baking tray and spread the surface with the chopped tomatoes. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms and fry for 5-6 minutes, until golden.
- Arrange the Parma ham slices over the pizza, then scatter over the fried mushrooms and torn mozzarella. Dot small spoonfuls of mascarpone over the top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted and the base is crisp. Scatter with basil leaves, cut into quarters and serve with a salad.
