You will need
- 1 x pack 2 Italian hand stretched pizza bases by Sainsbury's
- 1 tablespoon tomato purée
- 60g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 30g mature British cheddar, grated
- 50g naturally sweet sweetcorn, drained
- 60g roast chicken breast slices, shredded

Step by step guide to making Mini chicken, sweetcorn and cheese pizzas
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Use an 9cm biscuit cutter to cut out 4 circles from one of the pizza bases (see tip below for what to do with the remaining base).
- Spread a little of the tomato purée onto each mini base. Arrange the cherry tomatoes, cheese, sweetcorn and chicken on top of the mini pizzas.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden.
Cook's tip: The leftover pizza base can be torn into pieces and baked in a hot oven for 10 minutes, then stirred through salads as crunchy croutons.
