These easy little canapés are full of the classic Italian flavours of tomato, basil and mozzarella.

You will need
- 2 x 70g packs Taste the Difference 24 month matured Parma ham, strips halved lengthways
- 150g Italian mozzarella, cut into 24 pieces
- 120g tub sundried tomatoes in oil, each tomato cut in half
- 28g pack fresh basil, leaves picked and washed

Step by step guide to making Parma ham rolls
- Lay the strips of Parma ham flat in front of you.
- Put a piece of the mozzarella, half a tomato and a basil leaf at the end of each strip.
- Carefully roll up each piece of ham to enclose the fillings. Serve with cocktail sticks and a few extra basil leaves to garnish.
