These easy little canapés are full of the classic Italian flavours of tomato, basil and mozzarella.

  • 2 x 70g packs Taste the Difference 24 month matured Parma ham, strips halved lengthways
  • 150g Italian mozzarella, cut into 24 pieces
  • 120g tub sundried tomatoes in oil, each tomato cut in half
  • 28g pack fresh basil, leaves picked and washed

Step by step guide to making Parma ham rolls

  1. Lay the strips of Parma ham flat in front of you.
  2. Put a piece of the mozzarella, half a tomato and a basil leaf at the end of each strip.
  3. Carefully roll up each piece of ham to enclose the fillings. Serve with cocktail sticks and a few extra basil leaves to garnish.
