You will need
- 1 x twin pack Italian pizza bases
- 1 x 140g tin tomato purée
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 125g mozzarella cheese ball, torn into pieces
- 70g Danish salami
- Dried mixed herbs, to sprinkle
- 1 little gem lettuce, leaves removed and washed, to serve
- 1 cucumber portion, sliced, to serve

Step by step guide to making Salami and mushroom pizzas
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6.
- Place the pizza bases on separate baking trays and divide the tomato purée between them, spreading it out evenly and to the rim of the each base.
- Sprinkle the mushroom slices and torn mozzarella over the bases, then top with slices of the salami.
- Sprinkle over the dried mixed herbs and bake for 10-12 minutes. Serve with the gem lettuce leaves and sliced cucumber.
Make it veggie: Try swapping the salami for Quorn Deli Style Ham. Tear the ham slices into smaller pieces and arrange over the pizza, then complete as the recipe above.
