Everyone loves a gooey chocolate brownie, this easy recipe uses Silver Spoon and Flora Cuisine.

You will need
- 200g Silver Spoon cakecraft dark chocolate flavour cake covering
- 125ml Flora Cuisine
- 175g Billington's light muscovado sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 75g Allinson nature friendly plain white flour
- 50g Sliver Spoon cakecraft white chocolate chips
- 50g Silver Spoon cakecraft mini fudge chunks

Step by step guide to making Mini chewy brownies
- Preheat the oven to 170ºC, fan 150ºC, gas mark 3. Grease and line a shallow 20-22cm square tin with baking paper.
- Place the chocolate and Flora Cuisine in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the water touch the bottom of the bowl). Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the bowl from the pan.
- Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Sieve in the flour and beat the mixture until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and fudge chunks, and pour into the tin.
- Bake for 45 minutes, until the surface has set but still feels slightly soft underneath.
- Leave to cool completely, then cut into 16 bite-sized brownies.
