Everyone loves a gooey chocolate brownie, this easy recipe uses Silver Spoon and Flora Cuisine.

You will need

  • 200g Silver Spoon cakecraft dark chocolate flavour cake covering
  • 125ml Flora Cuisine
  • 175g Billington's light muscovado sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 75g Allinson nature friendly plain white flour
  • 50g Sliver Spoon cakecraft white chocolate chips
  • 50g Silver Spoon cakecraft mini fudge chunks

Step by step guide to making Mini chewy brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 170ºC, fan 150ºC, gas mark 3. Grease and line a shallow 20-22cm square tin with baking paper.
  2. Place the chocolate and Flora Cuisine in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (don’t let the water touch the bottom of the bowl). Heat gently, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate has melted. Remove the bowl from the pan.
  3. Add the sugar to the chocolate mixture, then whisk in the eggs one at a time. Sieve in the flour and beat the mixture until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips and fudge chunks, and pour into the tin.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, until the surface has set but still feels slightly soft underneath.
  5. Leave to cool completely, then cut into 16 bite-sized brownies.
