You will need
- 250g turkey breast mince
- 200g Chinese egg fried rice
- 120g Sainsbury's Pad Thai sauce
- 2x baby gem lettuce
- 2x limes
- 1x chilli, sliced
- Spring onions, to garnish

Step by step guide to making Thai Turkey Larb
- Dry fry the turkey in a non-stick frying pan on a moderate heat for 8 minutes, allowing the turkey to become brown and slightly crispy.
- Add the Pad Thai sauce and rice.
- Stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
- Remove the turkey and rice mixture from the heat and allow to cool.
- Arrange the lettuce on a platter and spoon the turkey and rice mixture on top.
- Drizzle with lime juice and serve with chillies and spring onions to garnish.
