  • 250g turkey breast mince
  • 200g Chinese egg fried rice
  • 120g Sainsbury's Pad Thai sauce
  • 2x baby gem lettuce
  • 2x limes
  • 1x chilli, sliced
  • Spring onions, to garnish

Step by step guide to making Thai Turkey Larb

  1. Dry fry the turkey in a non-stick frying pan on a moderate heat for 8 minutes, allowing the turkey to become brown and slightly crispy.
  2. Add the Pad Thai sauce and rice.
  3. Stir-fry for a further 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the turkey and rice mixture from the heat and allow to cool.
  5. Arrange the lettuce on a platter and spoon the turkey and rice mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle with lime juice and serve with chillies and spring onions to garnish.
