You will need
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 350g thick-sliced cooked turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 small courgette, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Sainsbury's Goan masala paste
- 1 x 400ml tin coconut milk
- 1½ tablespoons mango chutney
- 1 x 100g bag Sainsbury's baby leaf spinach
- ½ lime, juice only
- Steamed basmati rice, to serve

Step by step guide to making Turkey curry
- Heat the oil in a large, deep frying pan. Add the onion and pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add the turkey, courgette, masala paste, coconut milk and chutney, and gently simmer for 5 minutes. Stir through the spinach until wilted.
- Squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve with steamed rice.
