Havana Club mojito-ho-ho-ho
A classic Cuban cocktail of rum, lime and mint, so simple to make at home this Christmas.

You will need
- 2 teaspoons white granulated sugar
- ½ fresh lime
- Fresh mint sprigs
- 50ml Perrier sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- 50ml Havana Club Añejo 3 Años rum

Step by step guide to making Havana Club mojito-ho-ho-ho
- Put the sugar in a tall glass and sqeeze in the juice from the lime half.
- Fold 2 whole sprigs of mint into the glass, and add half of the sparkling water.
- Muddle all of these ingredients together in the bottom of the glass to release the flavours.
- Half fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in the rum. Stir together.
- Top up with more ice cubes to fill the glass, then add the remaining sparkling water.
- Add a straw and garnish with a sprig of mint to serve.
Cook's tip: You can use soda water in place of the sparkling water if preferred.
