You will need
- 150ml semi skimmed milk
- 3 teaspoons drinking chocolate powder
- 50ml Malibu rum
- 30ml squirty whipped cream
- 10g milk chocolate, grated or shaved, to serve

Step by step guide to making Mali-Coco hot chocolate
- Heat the milk (either in a small pan on the hob or in the microwave) until steaming hot, but not quite boiling.
- Put the chocolate powder in a mug or latte glass then pour in the hot milk, stirring until the chocolate powder has dissolved.
- Stir in the Malibu rum then top with a squirt of the whipped cream.
- Garnish with the chocolate shavings to serve.
