  • 2 x 283g packs 20 British pork cocktail sausages
  • 3 tablespoons Taste the Difference three fruit marmalade
  • 3 tablespoons cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cranberries
  • 1 orange, zest only

Step by step guide to making Marmalade and cranberry sausages

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Place the sausages in a single layer in a large roasting tin. Cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the marmalade, cranberry sauce, honey and fresh cranberries together in a bowl, then pour over the sausages, stirring well to coat.
  3. Cook for a further 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until sticky and golden. Garnish with orange zest to serve.
